TST offers free DPD shipping on all qualifying orders.
Please note that delivery to remote areas and islands may not be available.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse, depending on the delivery destination
(excluding certain accessories).
We offer FREE shipping on all qualifying orders.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Tracking updates may take additional time to become active after the carrier scans the parcel.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Assembly Safety Reminder ⚠️
After assembling your e-bike, please ensure that all screws and bolts are securely tightened,
especially around the front wheel, to ensure safe operation.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost during transit or does not arrive at the correct address (when accurately provided):

This process may take up to 15 days
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the investigation is completed,
without affecting your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
In such cases, delivery may be delayed, and an alternative delivery timeframe will be provided.
