La bicicletta esteticamente è davvero bella, mi piace molto ed è anche parecchio scattante: riesce a fare qualsiasi salita senza alcun tipo di problema. Tuttavia, non me la sento di dare un voto più alto di 2 stelle per via di alcuni difetti importanti.Il problema principale è che la partenza è troppo scattante e brusca. Diventa veramente pericolosa da gestire, specialmente quando ci si trova in mezzo al traffico o ripartendo da un semaforo, perché la bici tende a impennarsi se non si sta attenti. Ho inviato diverse segnalazioni al venditore ufficiale, contattando sia il reparto commerciale che quello tecnico: la loro risposta è stata che il software è bloccato di fabbrica e non si può addolcire la partenza, invitandomi direttamente a fare il reso.A questo si aggiunge il fatto che, dopo appena due giorni di utilizzo, il freno posteriore ha iniziato a fare un fastidioso rumore tipo "gru gru" ogni volta che freno leggermente. Inoltre, la bici è arrivata con alcuni graffi sulla carrozzeria, ma su questo devo dire che il servizio clienti di Amazon si è subito attivato per risolvermi il problema.In conclusione, lascio 2 stelle proprio per l'erogazione pericolosa del motore: specie se la deve guidare una donna o una persona non esperta, rischia di salire in sella e andare dritta giù per terra al primo giro di pedale! haha

I got this bike for my first E bike it is definitely worth the money. It got a lot of power, but I just wish they had a better throttle for it and more accessories.

after several weeks of research and comparing online and a trip to a local retail store, i decide on this tst e bike. i am all about supporting a local, family operated business but after showing them this brand online we couldn reach an agreement on price.
anyways so far, it only been 2 trips on the e bike, first trip after the small assembly after they got delivered i did a 8 mile trip around town to basically see what these bikes where all about and how it would handle. then the following day i went to a state forrest with paved/gravel trails and boy i felt like i was a 15 yr old boy again on my mongoose bike. literally i was surprised with the pedal assist how much fun it made bike riding again, in this state forest there a lot of hills so the pedal assist made the trip a blast but still getting your exercise in.
so far for the price i am totally satisfied and pleased with tst roo2 and would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an e bike.

Awesome bike, high power, good app control, good range and very good quality

It’s a good bike, it’s just a little harder to mod for ppl who want a better alternative for a ridstar. I would say that the only problem to having rivnuts, rather have an allen screw or flathead there.

Was having trouble with e bike not working, thankfully a new display fixed the issue and bike is working again.

Bike goes fast rides comfortable. Range is about average compared to other ebikes I have, but I would trade the mechanical brakes for hydraulic. Other then that in happy with the bike and I think the price is great.

Very nice storage size .. A little concerned about only 3 bolts holding it to the bike if there is some weight in the box

i got into a crash a week ago, i emailed tst e bike for a new fork and they replied within hours and were clear with instructions and a link to purchase new parts to replace for damaged ones, i replaced the front forks and they are brand new and work amazing.

Nice power! If I knew on no assist full electric the battery will last 25 to 30 miles I would have got the upgraded battery.

I bought this bike for my son. He is a young adult with high functioning Autism who wanted more independence. This ebike has helped him in so many ways. He really enjoys riding. He now has a job, and does his own errands and shopping. He also takes himself around town. Just to be outside. As a parent and seeing my son set out on adventures is a great feeling. Great product! 100% nailed it.

Overall, it great handle is great. It got a nice speed. It wonderful and perfect for what I needed it for.

The seat, suspension, brakes, acceleration all feel beefy and over built in the best way. Loving these!

It a fun e bike. Easy to handle, looks good and can give you a great workout or a relaxing ride.

Fantastic bike

We purchased the combo set and absolutely love these bikes.

Please put extra mounting bolts with LCD computer course hardware stores don’t carry the size bolts needed to mount bracket.

After assembling, took me less than 5 minutes to figure out how to operate it, thank you!
