Awesome bike to have fun
This bike… has really surprised me. Setup was pretty simple, and it rides smoothly right away. The more upright riding position makes my back feel very comfortable on longer rides, which is great. I also added a rear cargo box — it’s really convenient for carrying small stuff. Removing the battery to charge is also very easy.

The seat is super soft—even after long rides, I haven't felt any discomfort whatsoever. So far, I've ridden about 125 miles, mostly with my 7-year-old daughter riding alongside me. She especially loves riding right by my side. Although the delivery took a bit longer than I expected—which was admittedly a little frustrating—overall, the wait was absolutely worth it.
My experience has been awesome. It showed up in less than a week! Putting the bike together was quick and easy. The display screen got a little damaged during shipping, but customer service sent a replacement right away, and the process was super simple. I’ve been riding it for a few weeks now and it’s been great.
This bike came with everything on it and in perfect condition. To assemble the front tire, it's easy if you get help.

The bike is on the smaller size which works perfectly for me and my wife since we both are small built. Not recommend for tall riders. I am 5ft5 and my wife is under 5ft.
TST R7 has great power and is very comfortable to ride. Due to me living in NJ it would have been nice if the e-bike had a label for class 2 since most states are passing aggressive laws and regulations to hinder e-bike riders. Also, for safety the bike should have a horn feature and added turn signals in the front of the bike. New state laws are starting to require them as with the label to notate class 2.
I’ve been riding this bike for a couple months now and I’m really enjoying it. It has great power, but still feels very stable and comfortable to ride. This is my first e-bike and it’s been a great experience so far. Some features honestly exceeded what I expected.

I am 64 years old and have had 5 different E-bikes to date, by far the best one yet. R7 is comfort and easy to ride.
They said 3 to 5 day to ship, it took 9 or 10 days. Bike was easy to put together. Have other Ebikes but had to get a smaller one for my wife. It is the perfect size for her and she likes it much better than the other ebike because she can handle it better with the size and weigh being alot less. Now I can ride Ebikes with her in Key west.

The bike was received within the 3-5 day window and came complete with everything advertised. Assembly instructions made it easy to put the bike together. Its great fun to ride. Bought for my daughter, who is 50 ,to ride to work in a small community as there is no bus transit system. She says its been very easy to learn to ride it safely on streets, dirt or gravel.
