Warranty Policy

At TST E-Bike, we provide up to a 1-year warranty on our bikes.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and system-related issues under normal use conditions.

Exceptions
The warranty will be automatically void if any unauthorized modifications are made to the product.
During the service process, you must inform us if the product has been modified, repaired, or replaced by any third party not authorized by TST.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.
The warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by the following conditions:
• Misuse of the product, including commercial or rental use, unsafe riding behavior, or riding in unsuitable road conditions.
• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs not performed or approved by TST.
• Accidents, including traffic accidents or crashes.
• Exposure to extreme conditions, such as extreme temperatures, high humidity, fire, lightning, electrical surges, or other external forces.
• Water damage caused by improper use, including riding in heavy rain, submerging the bike, or cleaning with high-pressure water.
• Damage to the anti-rust coating caused by misuse, which may lead to corrosion or structural damage.
• Normal wear and tear of components, including tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chain, and spokes.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual, improper installation, or use of incompatible parts or accessories.
• Damage resulting from extreme riding, including jumping, stunts, or high-impact landings.
• Damage caused by collisions, falls, or impact with obstacles.
Final decision regarding warranty coverage is at the sole discretion of TST.

• Clear photos or short videos showing the issue

TST may provide both parts and labor support, and in some cases may ask you to replace certain parts yourself, as described below.
In most cases, you will not be required to send defective parts back to us.
Do-It-Yourself
DIY Parts Service allows you to repair or service your product yourself when applicable.
If TST determines that DIY service is suitable for your case, we will ship a replacement part to you.
The replacement part will include installation instructions, as well as any requirements for returning the original part.
TST reserves the right to determine whether labor costs for DIY service will be covered.
For any repair outside the Warranty
Even if your issue is not covered by the warranty, you can still purchase replacement parts directly from us.
As the manufacturer, we provide original parts designed specifically for your TST e-bike.

Shipping Damage:
Damage to covered components during shipping is not covered under this Limited Warranty. However, TST will replace damaged components if the following conditions are met:
• You notify TST within 15 days of receiving your e-bike
• You provide clear photos showing the damaged components
• Any visible damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery document before signing
Please inspect your e-bike carefully upon delivery, as shipping damage claims are time-sensitive.
If you choose to use your own shipping method (such as a freight forwarder or third-party service), TST is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation.
Credit Card Chargebacks:
If an e-bike purchase is subject to a credit card chargeback while the product is still in your possession, the warranty coverage may be temporarily suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
Claims Process:
TST will not replace covered components under this Limited Warranty without reviewing photos or videos of the issue first.
To request a replacement under warranty, please follow these steps:
• Contact TST Product Support via https://tstebike.com/pages/contact or phone
• Our team will first help identify simple solutions for your issue
• If a replacement is required, we will provide instructions for returning the defective part (if necessary) and arranging a replacement
• Once you receive the replacement part, our team can assist you with installation if needed
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by TST.
Replacement parts will only be shipped to the original purchaser’s address.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TST’s liability for any claim under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the amount paid for the e-bike.
TST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of time, or loss of income.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your country of residence.
To the extent permitted by law, TST disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
