The bike arrived on time, and customer support is awesome. It looks great and works really well. I am able to ride the bike efficiently with both of my toddlers on the back sea. The bike is everything it said it would be and it rides so smooth! It’s nice being able to have my kids as passengers or even carry other things as well. No complaints!

The package came and the box is not as big so that is a good thing. I have not had time to put together yet. I can write more once I got it together and ride.

I’ve had this bike since October and my 5 yr old rides on the back of my bike. We love it so much!! This bike can handle some right riding too. We live in the mountains and ride on dirt roads, super bumpy paved roads and this thing handles it so well.
Great budget E-bike! i was able to put my wife and two girls (6 and 8) in the back. there were a little snug but manageable. you do feel the weight in the back as you first accelerate and take turns but thats normal. i wont be make sharp turns with my little ones in the back. bike is back heavy even without cargo in the back. great bike. more then enough speed for a cargo bike. looks stylish and very practical. will be considering to buy another once the family multiplies.
I loveeee, just wish I purchased the basket to go on the front. My 3 year old daughter was scared at first and then once she realized how secure she was in the cage, the adventure and thrill of the ride was on!
This is such a great value. Worth so much more than the price. High quality and so much fun. The cargo space is perfect for hauling around small kids. They can't stop asking for rides. Customer support is fantastic too.

This cargo e-bike has been a game changer for me. There’s tons of space, and it handles way better than I expected. Even on bumpy roads, it stays smooth and comfortable.
The electric assist is great—steep hills don’t feel steep anymore. I can just relax and enjoy the ride instead of struggling.
I use it to commute to work every day now and honestly can’t imagine going back.

I bought this for my wife and she really loves it the kids like it , the only thing is that it doesn’t have an actual powered brake light in the back , maybe consider putting one .
As a mom, my top priority is my child’s safety, and that’s exactly what I looked for when buying an e-bike. Choosing the TST E-bike has been a decision I’ve never regretted. My child loves riding with me, and the service they provide is simply amazing. I couldn’t be happier with our choice.
The instructions could be better, definitely had to wing it on a few screws but long as you have common sense, you’ll be all right. also, they should try having different colors to choose from as far as a bike goes that’s my only recommendation for improving the bike.
Other than that, bike is awesome and recommend 10 out of 10! I absolutely love it and looks great.
Bike is great, kids love it. The assembly instructions are god awful though. If you’ve never put a bike together, you’ll have a tough time. I did buy a second though so that’s saying something.
Maybe some slightly clearer directions. I felt like I had to leave one thing off here and add a different screw there but other than those two mods, I am very pleased with the bike and it will be well worth it as time goes on. Highly recommend!
