Below are some of the most common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

If I place an order today, how long will delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 5–7 business days within Europe (excluding remote areas).

Which courier do you use for deliveries?

We usually ship orders via UPS or FedEx. If you have a preferred carrier, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

No, we offer free shipping across Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.

If you do not receive the email, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Do you ship everywhere in Europe?

We deliver across most European countries. Please note that some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery. If this happens, our team will contact you with alternative solutions.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I return my order if I no longer want it after receiving it?

If the product is unopened and unused, you may return it according to our return policy.

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation, and a cancellation fee of 8% of the e-bike price may apply.

Will I be charged VAT?

No. All prices already include VAT. You will not be charged any additional taxes at checkout or upon delivery.

Below are some of are common questions about orders

How quickly can it be assembled?

The TST E-Bike can be assembled in approximately 45–60 minutes.

Can the removable battery be secured and locked on the bike?

Yes. The battery can be securely locked to the bike using a key. You can also unlock and remove it easily for charging at home or at the office.

Can I ride it in the rain?

Yes, our e-bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, so you can ride in light rain or through small puddles. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain for safety reasons.

Please avoid using high-pressure water jets when cleaning the bike, as this may damage the electrical components.

Does it include a throttle?

Yes, a throttle is included and pre-installed on the bike.

What riding modes does the e-bike have?

There are three riding modes: non-assist mode, pedal-assist mode, and full electric mode.

How do you charge the e-bike?

You can charge the bike directly using the included charger, or remove the battery and charge it separately at home or in the office.

Would I need to inflate the tires before my first ride?

Yes. As the bike may have been stored for some time, we recommend checking and inflating the tires to the recommended pressure before your first ride.

Do I need any special tools to assemble the bike, or does it come with everything I need?

Yes. The package includes all the necessary tools to assemble the bike.
