TST EBike Disclaimer and Safety Rules

Please ride cautiously and adhere to all traffic laws and road regulations.

  • Helmet Requirement: Always wear a properly fitted helmet when riding. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.

    Age Requirement: Riders must be at least 16 years old to operate an e-bike capable of reaching speeds of 28 mph (45 km/h) or higher, subject to applicable local laws.

    Pre-Ride Safety Check: Before each ride, perform a safety inspection of your bike, including brakes, tire pressure, wheel bolts, handlebars, and seat adjustment to ensure all components are properly secured.

    Battery Check: Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged before riding. The bike may still be operated in manual pedal mode without electric assistance if needed.

    Brake Safety: For added safety when mounting or dismounting the bike, it is recommended to hold the left brake to prevent unintended movement.

    Power Off: Turn off the battery and electrical system when the bicycle is not in use.

    Water Exposure: Electrical components are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Avoid riding in heavy rain and do not expose the bike to prolonged moisture or water submersion.

    Assembly: If the bike is delivered unassembled, it is recommended that assembly be carried out by a qualified professional or in accordance with the official assembly instructions or video guide provided.

    Maintenance & Safety: Always refer to the user manual and official website for detailed safety, maintenance, and operational instructions.

    Modification Warning: Unauthorized modifications, including changes to the motor, battery system, or electrical components, may compromise safety and will void the warranty.

    Sobriety Requirement: Do not operate the e-bike under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair your ability to ride safely.
