As my first e-bike, I’m blown away. The acceleration is surprisingly strong, and it’s so fun to just cruise around the neighborhood without getting tired.

I think the bike is built strong. I am 5 foot 5 inches and weigh 147lbs. After unlocking it I get 28mph. I ride it 8.2 miles to work and 8.2 miles home and still have 2 bars left on the battery. That is riding it full throttle on #5 PA… without any peddling of my own. It is dark in the morning when I’m going to work, but the bike has good lights on it. Building the the bike was a little difficult, because it’s hard to get to some of the places you need to put bolts, but not complicated. It is comfortable to ride, and pretty fun too! The only things I regret are I found out I could have saved $100 with a promo code after I already purchased the bike. Then when I read the details it said dual battery, but after purchasing the bike i realized there was an option for single or dual battery, so not knowing I purchased the single battery.

I’m really happy with my R9. It rides smooth and feels super stable, even on bumpy roads. I can go way farther than I could on my old e-bike.
Before buying, I spent about an hour chatting with customer service, and they were super patient and helpful.

The dual battery setup on the R9 is awesome. I can ride a lot farther without worrying about the battery dying, which makes longer rides way more fun. The full suspension also makes a big difference. It handles bumps really well and feels super stable even on rough roads.
The headlight is really bright too, which is great when riding at night. I also reached out to customer service once with a question about the batteries and they got back to me quickly and were really helpful.
Overall it’s been a great bike for cruising around and exploring new places.

For the money, this bike has all you would want. It is delivered quickly and is just as described. Charges relatively quickly and certainly has a mile range.

I am very pleased with this bicycle; its enhanced seat comfort and elevated positioning are notable improvements. The customized pink and purple paint scheme I applied has yielded an excellent aesthetic outcome. I consistently appreciate the exceptional support your team provides whenever I encounter an issue with my bicycle.

So the rear light arrived broken—shipping, I guess 😅. They replaced it really quickly, so no big deal. Honestly, the bike is awesome. It’s huge compared to all the other e-bikes that look like little toys. I can’t stop laughing at how tiny some of those are.

Didn’t have super high expectations at this price, but it impressed me. Shipping was fast, setup was easy. Charging takes a bit, and range depends on how you ride, but I’m getting close to 100 miles so far.

I purchased the TST R9 at the start of the year. Assembly was minimal since it came mostly put together. I ride it frequently, and the quality and performance have really stood out. Customer service was excellent and helped me pick the perfect model.

We had a small question about getting started and called for help. It was quick and simple, and now it’s become our favorite ride.

The R9 rides really well and the batteries last longer than I expected. The full suspension makes it super smooth. My only gripe is the delivery. The box arrived a little damaged and a few parts got minor scratches, but it’s not a big deal.

Had a tiny bit of a hiccup at the start—thought some small parts were missing, but ended up finding them stuck to some tape inside the foam. Must’ve shaken loose during shipping. No biggie, though.
The R9 itself is awesome. I originally bought it for myself, but my kids have completely taken it over. They’re riding it all over our beach town. I was a bit skeptical about ordering an e-bike online, but the specs on the TST R9 for this price were just too tempting to pass up. Man, am I glad I took the plunge! This thing is built like an absolute tank. The frame is rock solid, the brakes feel super premium, and those fat knobby tires grip like crazy on the loose Arizona dirt. Assembly was a breeze with the included tools. It handles my local AZ trails like a pro—getting a dual-battery, full-suspension setup at this price point is an insane value. Highly recommend!

Great Bike

I will keep the review simple for everyone but 1. The bike looks amazing in person! It’s very sleek and well built, 2.incredibly easy to set up for a non mechanical / builder type of guy, 3. Haven’t rode a bike in over 10 years! The r9 has a really smooth ride that’s easy for a first time rider to instantly build confidence while practicing, 4. This is my last (for the sake of your time) reason for why the R9 is the worlds friendliest beginner E-bike, the battery is so good I’ve been riding around for hours and haven’t had any interruptions to my fun! If you’re on the fence if this one is a pass or buy
